History of IRM

Dr. John Mendola founded IRM Consultant Group, Inc. in 2009; John started in the car industry in 1999 and held various Dealership roles, including, Retail Sales, Internet Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Internet Director and General Sales Manager. John's ability to increase Internet Departments performance has been documented in Automotive News
(September 22, 2014, page 13) for doubling closing ratios within 45 days. John's unique techniques and methods, introduce academic concepts into the Automotive / Motorsport Industries, including SWOT Analysis and Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC), which helps Dealerships identify "The Voice Of The Customer" by monitoring customer behaviors, buying cycles and habits.
